Account Data: When you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple user identifier and, optionally, your email address. We do not receive your name or password.
Usage Data: We collect reading progress (which book and chapter you are on), sentence unlock history, and subscription status to provide the service.
Diagnostic Data: Anonymous debug logs may be sent to help us fix issues. These contain no personal information.
Your data is stored on private servers. We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmission and follow industry-standard security practices.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. We use Apple's Sign In with Apple for authentication and Apple's StoreKit for subscriptions — no other third-party services receive your data.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. To delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at the email below.
bySentence is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
